MEET OUR STAFF

Rosaria graduated with a degree on accounting and is currently studying to obtain her degree in Business Administration from the University of Panamerica of Guatemala. She has worked with other foreign institutions in Chisec, AV. Her main pillars in life are God, family, and friends. She has four years of experience working as an administrator and her goal is to bring an excellent service to the families of AMI International School.

For the past six years, Gissela has taught a wide range of ages, from 1-year old to adolescents. Having graduate from the University of San Carlos Guatemala, Cunor, Gissela has always been innovative and passionately guiding her students, making them the center of her educational goals. She loves spending time with her family, listening to music, and reading.

Jacie is a teacher by trade and vocation. She studied Business Administration in the University of San Carlos Guatemala, CUNOR. She has taught for six years and works hard daily to provide the best education for her students.

Emerson graduated from the University of San Carlos Guatemala, CUNOR, with a degree on Intercultural Primary Bilingual Education. During his years teaching, he has worked with students of different ages and backgrounds, working hard to help them improve academically and overcome challenges. He is committed to improve the education level in Guatemala through innovation and new methodologies.

All his faith is placed in God, who guides him and supports him in every moment of his life.

Tiffany graduated from Biola University in La Mirada, California USA, with a degree in Elementary Education. She received her California Multiple Subject teaching credential. She taught at a private Christian school in Los Angeles for 5 years before coming to Coban. Tiffany has a passion for teaching children while integrating biblical principles into their daily lives. She wants all her students to be well-rounded learners.

Stephanie graduated from the University of Washington, Seattle, with a B.S. in Accounting. She has worked as an accountant and finance manager for companies like Amazon and Chevron. She earned her Master's in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Her desire is to foster in our students a passion for English, show them the love of Jesus and prepare them to be successful in the world.

Ha trabajado con otras instituciones extranjeras en Chisec, AV. Sus principales pilares en la vida son Dios, la familia y los amigos. Tiene cuatro años de experiencia trabajando como administradora y su objetivo es brindar un excelente servicio a las familias de AMI International School.

Andrea studied Business Administration and has 5 years of experience as a teacher and tutor. She has worked with children, adolescents and young people. What she loves about her work as a teacher is having the possibility of transforming lives, being able to get closer and know a little more about her students and teach them to love as Jesus loved.

Henry graduated from the Instituto Canzion, School of Music, founded by Marcos Witt.
He has 14 years of expertise and experience in academic teaching within the musical and ministerial area. He and his wife run a Coffee shop and Cafe in Santa Cruz, Alta Verapaz named Lofty Cafe. They have one daughter, a baby girl named Melody. His desire is to promote art in our culture and train each student in the love and fear of God.

Donald graduated recently from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Music Composition. He grew up learning and playing the piano, and later learned guitar and singing. Donald is passionate about teaching music and helping others express themselves through art.

Danielle graduated from the University of S.U.N.Y Farmingdale with a degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Sciences. She was the Director of Facilities at a private boarding school in Long Island for several years before entering the Long Island Railroad certification program where she became a licensed Locomotive Engineer. She loves her family, teaching art, traveling, and the beach.
" My goal is to recognize and encourage all the gifts and talents that God has blessed each child with, and to help them grow and strengthen those gifts and talents."

Emily graduated from the University of California, Irvine with degrees in English and Spanish literature. She began working with students during her college years, teaching English to international students and working as a student counselor. She is passionate about reading and wants to encourage students to seek knowledge through books and grow academically, as well as personally. She is seeking daily to learn how to better love God and love people.
