​Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience

  • Native English Speaker

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education or a related field preferred.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents/guardians, and the broader community.

Job Responsibilities: 

Instructional Responsibilities
  1. Plan and Deliver Lessons:

    • Create and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and biblical principles.

    • Use a variety of teaching methods to address diverse learning styles and needs.

  2. Monitor and Assess Student Progress:

    • Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and other assessments.

    • Provide regular feedback and maintain accurate records of grades and progress.

  3. Classroom Management:

    • Maintain a respectful and organized learning environment that reflects Christian values.

    • Establish clear rules and expectations for behavior, fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere.

Collaborative and Community Engagement
  1. Work with Colleagues:

    • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support school-wide initiatives and events.

    • Participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills and faith integration.

  2. Communicate with Parents:

    • Regularly update parents on their child’s academic and spiritual growth.

    • Address concerns promptly and maintain open, positive communication.​
