​Requirements:

2+ years teaching experience

University Degree or equivalent in education

Preferably bilingual English and Spanish

Demonstrated ability to relate to the students, professional staff, parents/guardians, and members of the community
-
Christian

Job Responsibilities:
-
Support the lead teacher with classroom instruction and activities
-
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
-
Help prepare and organize teaching materials and classroom resources
-
Supervise students in the classroom, playground, and other school areas
-
Assist in maintaining a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
-
Encourage good behavior and model respectful interactions

Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and students

Support special projects, events, and classroom routines
