Supports the lead teacher in creating a positive, engaging classroom environment. Helps with instruction, classroom management, and student supervision. Assists in preparing materials, guiding small groups or individual students, and maintaining a safe, organized learning space.

​Requirements: 

  • 2+ years teaching experience

  • University Degree or equivalent in education

  • Preferably bilingual English and Spanish

  • Demonstrated ability to relate to the students, professional staff, parents/guardians, and members of the community

  • Christian

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Support the lead teacher with classroom instruction and activities

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students

  • Help prepare and organize teaching materials and classroom resources

  • Supervise students in the classroom, playground, and other school areas

  • Assist in maintaining a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment

  • Encourage good behavior and model respectful interactions

  • Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and students

  • Support special projects, events, and classroom routines
